Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve investor enquiries through multiple customer service channels • Provide professional and timely assistance on transactions and service-related matters • Educate and guide investors on digital platforms and self-service functionalities • Assist customers in navigating digital services and completing transactions • Liaise with internal departments to resolve enquiries and provide appropriate solutions • Deliver a positive customer experience while ensuring enquiries are followed through effectively • Support ad-hoc operational and customer service assignments as required
