Senior/Staff Nurse (No Overnight Shift) #HRY

Job Responsibilities: Supervise and guide Nurse Aides, Health Attendants and other care support staff in delivering quality care. Oversee clients’ healthcare and medical needs, monitoring their well-being and progress. Ensure appropriate care standards and procedures are maintained. Support clients during daily activities and mealtimes where required. Communicate professionally with clients’ families and caregivers, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care. Provide training and guidance to care staff to support effective care delivery. Prepare duty rosters and assist in developing care guidelines where assigned. Recommend and support programmes to enhance clients’ care, well-being and development. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Nursing, or an equivalent qualification. Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a valid practising certificate. Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience in a nursing home or hospital ward. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Responsible, meticulous and service-oriented, with a strong commitment to client care.
