Senior / Staff Nurse – Major Surgery Suite | AU Nurse | Up to $7K #HTJ

Salary: $4,000 – $7,950 (Based on experience) Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive peri-operative nursing care to patients before, during and after surgery. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care to ensure safe and effective surgical outcomes. Perform Scrub and Circulating Nurse duties in the Operating Room. Prepare, handle and maintain specialised surgical instruments and equipment , ensuring proper sterilisation, infection control and traceability. Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure smooth and safe surgical procedures. Monitor patients' conditions and respond appropriately to changes during the peri-operative period. Maintain accurate nursing documentation and comply with established clinical and safety protocols. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives and service development projects . Support the orientation, training and development of junior nurses within the Operating Room. Maintain a safe, clean and efficient Operating Room environment in accordance with hospital policies and infection control standards. Requirements Diploma /Degree in Nursing. Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Practising Certificate. Minimum 3 years of Operating Room / Operating Theatre experience . Post-Basic Certificate / Advanced Diploma in Peri-operative Nursing will be an advantage.
