Senior Production Planner – Manufacturing | Up to $5,500 #HHLT

📍 MacPherson 💰 Up to $5,500/month

💼 Responsibilities

• Translate customer orders and forecasts into production and material plans
• Develop production schedules based on demand, capacity, materials and lead times
• Execute ERP/MRP planning to ensure material availability and production readiness
• Manage material requirements and inventory to minimise shortages, excess and obsolescence
• Monitor production constraints and proactively adjust plans to minimise disruptions
• Manage rescheduling and planning changes to support on-time delivery
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Engineering and Logistics
• Provide delivery commitments and planning updates to stakeholders
• Support ECO/ECN and NPI activities from a planning perspective
• Drive improvements in production planning, MRP, inventory control and S&OP processes
• Monitor planning KPIs and support ERP/digitalisation initiatives

📝 Requirements

• Min. degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Hands-on experience in production scheduling, MRP and material planning
• ERP/MRP experience such as SAP, Oracle or LN preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
• Experience driving planning/process improvements
• Regulated, automated or high-volume manufacturing experience advantageous
