📍 Kaki Bukit 💰 $11,450 – $16,000/month 💼 Senior Manufacturing Leadership Position 🏭 ISO 13485 + FDA-Regulated Manufacturing Experience Essential

Excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader to take ownership of production operations, people leadership, technical troubleshooting, capacity planning and continuous improvement within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will lead Production Supervisors and their teams while partnering closely with Planning, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall production operations to achieve build schedules, quality, cost and delivery targets
• Lead, develop and mentor Production Supervisors and production teams
• Plan production schedules, priorities, manpower and resource allocation across product lines
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex production, equipment and process issues
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across mechanical, electrical and process systems
• Develop and enforce SOPs, work practices and manufacturing quality standards
• Manage departmental budgets, salary plans and capacity planning
• Drive productivity, labour utilisation, equipment efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives
• Support new product introductions and optimise assembly / process layouts
• Lead manufacturing transfers across sites and support product end-of-life / obsolescence planning
• Drive capital equipment improvements to enhance production capability and productivity
• Ensure quality requirements are met for new products released into manufacturing
• Lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, quality improvement and root-cause initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hazardous material and controlled substance requirements
• Work cross-functionally to ensure production meets internal and external customer requirements
