Senior Manager / Manager, Facilities | Healthcare 📍 Jurong 💰 Up to $10,000/month 🏥 Healthcare Facilities Management Seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional with healthcare experience to oversee facilities, biomedical equipment and development projects across multiple healthcare sites. Facilities & Biomedical Engineering Management

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations across multiple healthcare facilities and HQ • Manage contractors and vendors and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements • Lead budget planning, outsourcing, tendering and contract award activities • Establish, monitor and deliver facilities management KPIs • Ensure preventive, corrective and ad hoc maintenance works are completed according to required standards • Lead the team on contract and vendor management matters • Manage preventive maintenance and repair of Biomedical Engineering (BME), physiotherapy and dental equipment • Oversee equipment including autoclaves, dental chairs, compressors and suction motors • Manage renewal of relevant equipment licences

Facilities Development & Projects

• Lead facilities development, renovation and upgrading projects from planning through completion • Manage project schedules, costs, scope, risks and overall performance • Ensure construction and upgrading activities comply with policies while minimising disruption to healthcare operations • Manage changes in project scope and develop appropriate contingency plans • Review budget estimates, evaluation reports, progress reports and cost-tracking reports • Manage Quotation / RFP processes , including evaluation criteria, tender evaluation and award approval papers
