Senior/Manager, Hospitality & Healthcare Services

Job Responsibilities Manage contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms, policies, and audit requirements.

Monitor vendor performance, validate KPIs, assess operational risks, and ensure adherence to service standards and workplace safety regulations.

Oversee daily operations, resolve service issues, manage inventory and assets, and coordinate procurement activities.

Monitor service budgets, track expenditure, and liaise with Finance to ensure accurate billing.

Lead and support contract management initiatives and projects across institutions, including vendor negotiations and stakeholder engagement.

Provide guidance on contract management processes and support the training of team members.

Review operational workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements Recognized Degree, Preferably in Healthcare / Hospitality or related disciplines Strong interpersonal skills Good with numbers, analytical, meticulous and high level of initiative Innovative, creative and forward looking Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities. Demonstrated project-management and leadership capabilities. Proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple operational priorities independently.
