Job Title: Senior Finance Associate – Procurement

Job Duration: 6 Months Working Hours: Mon– Fri, 9am – 6pm Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days work in office, 1 day work from home Location: 1Pickering Street, Singapore 048659 Nearest MRT: Raffles City MRT / Telok Ayer MRT Salary: Up to $6000 + 0.5 Month Completion Bonus

About the Job:

You will be part of the Group Procurement team responsible for procurement policy, procurement operations with business objectives; where you will play pivotal role to ensure governance and maximise efficiency.

Execute end-to-end procurement operations for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system, including tender opening, acting as procurement system administrator, and performing daily transaction processing.

Manage queries raised by business units regarding Group Procurement Policy, Operating Guidelines and other procurement matters in a timely and accurate manner.

Collaborate closely with procurement administrative support team in Malaysia and address any escalated matters from Singapore business units.

Supports any new system roll out/enhancements by preparing and executing user-acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met prior to go-live.

Ensure compliance by proactively considering business and regulatory risks, and implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree Holder
• With at least 3 years of relevant work experience , preferably with exposure in procurement projects and initiatives
• Strong governance discipline and knowledge in procurement operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
