Senior Finance Associate (Procurement) #ESY

1. Execute end-to-end procurement operations for the Procure-to-Pay(P2P) system, including tender opening, acting as procurement systemadministrator, and performing daily transaction processing.
2. Manage queries raised by business units regarding Group ProcurementPolicy, Operatin g Guidelines and other procurement matters in a timely andaccurate manner.
3. Collaborate closely with procurement administrative support team inMalaysia and address any escalated matters from Singapore business units.
4. Supports any new system roll out/enhancements by preparing andexecuting user- acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are metprior to go-live.
5. Ensure compliance by proactively considering business and regulatoryrisks, and implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
