Senior / Executive, Medical Affairs – Contract #HYN
An exciting opportunity is available for a Medical Affairs professional to support clinical governance, medical operations and continuous improvement initiatives within a healthcare organisation. This role is ideal for candidates with healthcare experience who enjoy working across stakeholders and supporting clinical projects and operations. Job Description Provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Affairs team.
Coordinate manpower planning and rostering for assigned clinical services.
Monitor and maintain records of mandatory certifications such as BCLS and AED.
Coordinate onboarding programmes for new hires within the medical team.
Support the administration and tracking of doctors' licensing, insurance and related documentation.
Provide coordination and administrative support for clinical governance initiatives.
Support the Clinical Transformation Taskforce and coordinate committee-related activities.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to support continuous clinical improvement initiatives.
Assist in maintaining and enhancing clinical standards and processes.
Prepare presentations, policies, proposals, papers and other materials for management and committee discussions.
Gather and analyse information to support medical and clinical projects.
Provide support to the Medical Director and Medical Affairs team on assigned projects and initiatives.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Exposure to Medical Affairs, clinical governance, clinical operations or quality management will be advantageous.
Experience in preparing presentations, policies, proposals or management papers.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in manpower planning or rostering will be an advantage.
