Senior Executive, Emergency Planning (2-year) #HHL

Location: Queenstown Working hour: 5 days office hour Job Scope: • Develop and review hospital emergency response plans and SOPs • Plan and coordinate emergency drills and exercises • Manage emergency equipment, procurement, budget and asset tracking • Support hospital crisis readiness and MOH EP audits/projects • Coordinate with medical planners, facilities teams and internal stakeholders • Provide secretariat support for BCM-related meetings Requirements:

• Minimum Degree • Minimum 3 years of healthcare industry experience • Healthcare operations experience advantageous • Strong planning, analytical and stakeholder management skills • Good communication, presentation and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office
