We are hiring Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Talent Development to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations. Apply now!

Job Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of fellowship and scholarship schemes for Healthcare Professionals across a network of healthcare institutions.
Support planning for fund acquisition.
Facilitate a robust selection and claims process.
Support the organisation of the annual awards ceremony for scholarship recipients.

Requirements: Recognised degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with relevant Talent Development internship experience may also be considered. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Able to commence work ASAP. Able to commit to contract duration until end October 2026.
