Shape Healthcare Operations, Service Improvement & Transformation Join a multidisciplinary primary healthcare team supporting the effective delivery of services across the West. In this role, you will work alongside clinic leadership and various healthcare teams to strengthen daily operations, optimise resources and support projects that enhance patient experience and operational effectiveness. What You’ll Be Responsible For Support the Polyclinic Management Team in planning, coordinating and monitoring day-to-day clinic operations.

Coordinate manpower allocation, staff rostering, patient flow and operational resources to maintain efficient service delivery.

Oversee administrative functions relating to facilities, supplies, inventory and other operational requirements.

Work closely with medical, nursing, allied health, diagnostic and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination of clinic services.

Support the rollout of healthcare programmes and initiatives aimed at improving patient experience and service delivery.

Lead or contribute to process improvement, service transformation and operational enhancement projects.

Develop project proposals, process workflows and implementation plans to address operational needs and improve service efficiency.

Review operational challenges, analyse root causes and collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical and sustainable solutions.

Partner with other polyclinics and headquarters teams on initiatives involving manpower planning, staff development, digitalisation, policies and workflow enhancements.

Support operational planning for new healthcare facilities, service expansion and related development projects when required.

Contribute to organisation-wide initiatives, including emergency preparedness and business continuity activities.

Track project progress, coordinate stakeholders and provide updates to management where required.

Undertake other operational projects and responsibilities assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring Degree in any discipline.

Prior experience in healthcare projects is essential.

Experience in healthcare operations, project management, service improvement, transformation or a related field will be advantageous.

Strong project management, coordination and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels and functions.

Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Adaptable, proactive and resilient, with a strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement.

Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders across different functions.
