Senior / Assistant Manager, Clinic Operations & Service Transformation #HDC1
Drive Clinic Operations, Service Excellence & Healthcare Transformation Are you an experienced healthcare professional with a strong track record in healthcare projects, service operations or process improvement ? Join a dynamic polyclinic management team supporting the smooth delivery of primary healthcare services across the West. You will work closely with management and multidisciplinary teams to optimise clinic operations, manpower and resources while driving service excellence, continuous improvement and healthcare transformation initiatives . What You’ll Be Driving Support the Polyclinic Management Team in the planning and coordination of daily clinic operations.
Coordinate manpower deployment, staff scheduling, patient flow and resource utilisation to support efficient clinic operations.
Oversee administrative and operational activities including inventory and facility management.
Work closely with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics and other service teams to ensure smooth coordination across the clinic.
Support the implementation of healthcare initiatives and programmes that enhance patient experience and service delivery.
Drive and support continuous improvement, service transformation and process enhancement projects .
Develop proposals, workflows and implementation plans to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Analyse operational issues and work with stakeholders to identify practical solutions.
Collaborate with teams across different polyclinics and HQ on areas such as manpower planning, training and development, digital transformation, policy and workflow improvements .
Support the development of new healthcare facilities and operational planning initiatives where required.
Contribute to emergency preparedness and other organisation-wide projects.
Provide operational support and undertake other projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For Degree in any discipline .
Prior healthcare project experience is essential.
Experience in healthcare operations, service improvement, transformation, project management or a related environment will be advantageous.
Strong project coordination, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment .
Resilient, adaptable and proactive, with a strong commitment to service excellence.
Comfortable working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
