Securities Transfer Executive (1 Year Contract) #NKC

• Process asset transfers, share transfers and scripless conversion requests for local and foreign markets.
• Handle securities lending and borrowing (SBL) and trade affirmation activities.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, custodians and relevant stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Process proxy instructions and physical share certificate deposits.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with operational procedures.
• Review existing processes to improve efficiency and strengthen operational controls.
• Support ad-hoc projects and operational duties as assigned.
