Sample Handler Executive, Science, Biomedical | Pharma MNC #HVN

Salary : Up to $3,500/month Employment Type : Contract Position Working Days : Tuesday to Saturday (5 days/week) Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Looking to start your career in the Biomedical field? We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Sample Handler to support the processing and management of clinical trial specimens in a leading Pharma MNC. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming clinical trial sample shipments from various couriers.
• Verify, open, and prepare inbound shipments for laboratory processing.
• Ensure specimens are maintained under appropriate temperature conditions upon receipt.
• Scan and track shipments accurately within internal databases.
• Archive study documentation electronically using document management systems.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and misrouted deliveries.
• Support kit receipt and inventory processes, progressing to independent handling upon completion of training.
• Ensure timely delivery of samples and study kits to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation of all activities.
• Adhere strictly to company SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with after-hours and on-call duties when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
