Sales Support/ Inside Sales Representative #JTL

Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to support business growth and achieve sales objectives.

Coordinate supply and demand planning between headquarters and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and product availability.

Provide sales support to the commercial team to achieve sales targets, budgets and business objectives.

Support annual budget and mid-term business planning , including consolidation and analysis of marketing and sales data.

Conduct market analysis and business development activities to identify new opportunities and potential customers.

Promote and support the sales of electronic components across the ASEAN, India and ANZ markets .

Coordinate PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) planning and operations with the Sales team and HQ to align supply with customer demand.

Build strong working relationships with business partners, distributors and customers to ensure effective sales and order coordination.

Monitor market and sales performance, identify business opportunities and provide insights and recommendations to management .

Prepare regular sales reports, market updates and business strategies for discussion with management and HQ.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences.
• Able to travel 3 times to Asian countries every 6 months period.
