Your tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their operational needs.
- Prepare sales performance reports, consolidate sales figures and provide regular updates to management.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and internal departments to address customer requests and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document sales activities.
- Process sales orders accurately and provide day-to-day sales administrative support.
- Prepare sales summaries and reports using Excel, including PivotTables.
- Calculate promoter commissions based on sales performance and applicable guidelines.
- Coordinate with retail outlets, support merchandising activities and maintain product displays when required.
- Liaise with retailers, collect sales orders and ensure timely order processing.
