Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system Liaise with customers to clarify orders and provide updates Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for smooth order fulfilment Maintain accurate records and monitor order status Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues Handle purchase and sales activities Perform general administrative support as required Update and manage orders using Sage / ERP system
