Sales Operations Junior Specialist (Semi-Con) - Up to 4.5K #HHL

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Location : Jalan Besar / Farrer Park Salary : Up to 4.5K Job Responsibilities Provide daily operational and administrative support to the sales team. Process sales orders, quotations, contracts and bookings, and support requests for proposals (RFPs). Track orders, arrange shipments and coordinate deliveries with customers. Handle customer enquiries and requests relating to orders. Support sales data analysis, pipeline management and performance tracking. Work with Sales, Marketing and other departments to improve processes and support sales targets. Handle payment queries, negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on collections. Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned.
