Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions , focusing on CRM and sales-related business solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and customer engagement.
- Understand customers’ business requirements and recommend suitable Dynamics 365 solutions .
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification and proposal through negotiation and closing .
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and solution discussions with customers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key decision-makers.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales / CRM and its business applications.
- Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into suitable technology solutions.
- Experience working with Microsoft partners, system integrators or enterprise customers is an advantage.
