Roaming Desktop Engineer (Hospital Environment) #IFL

Role Summary

Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune , and Microsoft Entra ID environments. Support device deployment, user onboarding, and migration activities for the Entra ID and Intune implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, and application support within SLA.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, authentication, MFA, and access-related issues.
• Deploy and manage Windows devices, software, and patches.
• Support device enrolment and policy deployment through Microsoft Intune.
• Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration in Entra ID.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
• Support endpoint migration, testing, and post-migration user support activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of Desktop Support or End User Computing experience.
• Experience with:
• Windows 10/11
• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• MFA and Conditional Access
• Windows Autopilot (preferred)
• Basic PowerShell (advantageous)
