Rewards & System Specialist (1 Year Contract) #NKC

Support the implementation and testing of HR systems, including UAT, data migration and system documentation. Prepare user guides and communication materials for HR system modules. Assist internal stakeholders with system-related queries and feedback. Consolidate, analyse and maintain HR data relating to compensation, benefits and performance. Prepare reports and files for regular HR and compensation reviews. Support compensation benchmarking and participation in industry surveys. Assist with HR projects and other ad-hoc Rewards-related initiatives.
