Retail Store Manager, Beauty & Cosmetics #HJN

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of 20 or more staff, including recruitment, training, coaching, rostering and performance management.
• Monitor store sales performance, KPIs and profitability, implementing action plans to drive business growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build customer loyalty and resolve customer feedback professionally.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, merchandising, store presentation and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards and store audit requirements.
• Analyse sales trends and market activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with headquarters and relevant departments to implement promotions, marketing initiatives and business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 20 staff.
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets, managing store operations and driving team performance.
