Registered Nurse – General Ward (3 Rotating Shifts) #HJN

Duties: Provide quality nursing care to inpatients in accordance with established clinical protocols and hospital standards. Assess patients’ conditions, monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to the medical team.

Administer medications, treatments and nursing procedures as prescribed by doctors.

Assist doctors during medical procedures and support patients throughout their treatment and recovery.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patients’ conditions, treatments and nursing interventions.

Job Requirements Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and BCLS.

Prior experience in an inpatient ward or hospital setting is preferred
