Job Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful placement Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for available opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management Provide career advice and market insights to candidates Develop new business opportunities and expand client accounts Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
