What You Will Do Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates in the healthcare industry, from job briefing to offer management Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Manage pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes for placed candidates Conduct business development for the company Liaise with clients and companies to understand their staffing needs and requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Support the overall wellbeing of staff and contribute positively to the team's culture and performance What's in for you?
