QUALITY / FOOD SAFETY / QMS PROFESSIONAL | FOOD MANUFACTURING 📍 Singapore 💰 Expected Salary: $5,000/month Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 & HACCP
- Lead and support internal, customer and certification audits
- Manage CAPA, non-conformances and corrective actions
- Conduct food safety risk assessments and support Food Safety Team activities
- Manage GMP, hygiene and food safety programmes
- Coordinate supplier quality, supplier audits and quality issues
- Support food certification and regulatory compliance
- Develop and review SOPs, work instructions and quality documentation
- Investigate customer complaints and product quality issues
- Support production trials, validation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct food safety and quality-related training
- Work closely with Production and Management teams to drive quality standards
