Quality Control Officer – GMP Manufacturing | Up to $2,900 #HHLT

📍 MacPherson 💰 $2,700–$2,900/month

💼 Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming sampling and QC checks on raw and packaging materials
• Review incoming documentation against material release specifications
• Prepare samples and perform odour testing
• Conduct in-process QC checks on work-in-progress and finished products
• Collect samples for laboratory, retention and stability testing
• Maintain and review batch process records and QC documentation
• Print and manage quality control labels
• Follow up on deviations, investigations, CAPA and other quality issues
• Conduct environmental monitoring including air sampling
• Verify measurement equipment and coordinate external calibration
• Maintain QC records for traceability and audit readiness
• Support machine trials, equipment qualification and validation
• Assist with audits, complaint investigations and QA activities

📝 Requirements

• Min. NITEC/ diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Science or related discipline
• Working knowledge of cGMP and ISO requirements
• Meticulous and organised with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a GMP manufacturing environment
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different teams
