Looking to grow your career in Quality Control? We are hiring QC Specialists to join a regulated manufacturing environment where you’ll work across QC, Engineering and Production to solve product quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive resolution of product quality issues with Production, Engineering and Supplier Quality teams.
- Review and close internal and supplier non-conformances.
- Monitor QC test results and identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
- Support customer complaint investigations and failure analysis.
- Manage QC laboratory activities, equipment and testing processes.
- Support process validation and ensure QC requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing QC experience in a regulated environment .
- Experience in QC laboratory processes, process validation and non-conformance investigations.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 / MDSAP and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Statistical tools experience is preferred; Lean / Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
