Your tasks

• Review existing reporting processes and identify opportunities to automate manual tasks.

• Develop and maintain Python scripts to extract, clean, validate and consolidate data from sources such as Excel, CSV files and databases.
• Automate report generation, reconciliation and recurring data checks.

• Work with business users to understand reporting requirements and investigate discrepancies.
• Test and troubleshoot scripts to ensure accurate and reliable outputs.

• Document the code and processes, and provide a clear handover at the end of the contract.
• Follow the bank’s data security and access requirements.
