📍 Kaki Bukit MRT 💰 $3,500 – $4,200/month + Completion Bonus 📅 Maternity Cover Contract ⚡ Target Start: 2 October ⭐ 1–3 Years Purchasing / Procurement Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source vendors and compare quotations, pricing, terms and product/service quality
• Process purchase requisitions, quotations and Purchase Orders
• Coordinate with requestors to understand purchasing requirements
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Work closely with Logistics, Warehouse and internal stakeholders
• Support vendor assessment, qualification and onboarding activities
• Assist with tender exercises from requirements gathering through evaluation and award
• Maintain purchasing documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures
• Prepare monthly purchasing, spending and cost-saving reports
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and procurement optimisation
• Support purchasing process improvement initiatives
• Assist with ad-hoc procurement projects and activities
