Project Execution Engineer (Power Generation, FAT & Commissioning, Regional Projects) #HDC1

About the company

A global power solutions leader is looking for an Execution Engineer to deliver engineering activities on power generation projects from order to integrated systems testing. You will work with customers, suppliers and site teams to keep projects on schedule.

Your tasks

• Execute engineering activities from order execution through to integrated systems testing
• Prepare and submit engineering drawings and technical documentation to customers
• Develop Factory Witness Test and Factory Acceptance Test documents and test scripts
• Ensure balance of plant engineering scope meets project and customer requirements
• Verify engineering scope with suppliers and avoid unapproved deviations
• Coordinate with application engineers, suppliers and project teams
• Attend customer meetings and track outstanding action items
• Support punch list closure following factory acceptance testing
• Follow up with suppliers on drawings, datasheets and quotations
• Support installation, commissioning and regional project execution

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering discipline and above
• Experience in project execution, power generation, automation or similar industries
• Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings and documentation
• Good coordination and supplier management skills
• Willingness to travel within the region for project support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
