Production Technician (C>P, Up to 2.4k) #HFT

• To compound raw materials for Fragrances, Cosmetic Ingredients and Mint Products for Oral Care in accordance to work order with minimal supervision and wastage.
• To replenish raw materials and maintain at optimal level for production usage Internal
• To perform automated dosing machine and electronic weighing scale operations in a safe manner
• To execute basic troubleshooting if required.
• To operate mechanical pumps and diaphragm pumps during production process and in transferring to respective drums
• To perform cleaning for respective drums to prepare for packing process
• To be trained to operate electric stackers and pallet jacks to transport materials to warehouse
• To document and record packed drums and yield gains and losses.
• To perform production process in PPE and in accordance to work instruction and standard operation procedure.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Undergrads in any discipline with a keen interest to pursue a career in the production field • Able to carry up to 25kg and withstand strong smelling environment
• Candidates from chemical, pharma or related industries would be advantageous, candidates with 1 to 2 years experience
