Production Planner (Pharma/ Manufacturing Up to $5.5K) #HZO

Location: Macpherson

Job Scope:

• Translate customer ordersand forecasts into practical production and material plans.
• Develop and maintainproduction schedules based on demand, capacity, material availability and leadtimes.
• Execute ERP/MRP planning toensure timely material availability and production readiness.
• Planmaterial requirements and manage inventory to prevent shortages, excess andobsolescence.
• Monitor demand, supply,inventory and production constraints, and proactively adjust plans to minimisedisruptions.
• Manage rescheduling and planning changes to supporton-time delivery and changing operational priorities.
• Workclosely with Sales, Procurement, Production, Engineering and Logistics toresolve planning issues and support on-time delivery.
• Provideclear and timely delivery commitments and planning updates to Sales andBusiness Units.
• SupportECO/ECN and NPI activities by assessing production capacity, materialrequirements and planning impact.
• Identifyand implement improvements in production planning, MRP, inventory control andS&OP processes.
• Track keyplanning KPIs, including on-time delivery, inventory performance and planningresponsiveness.
• Support ERP, digitalisation and other initiativesto improve planning efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in planning and review meetings, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Min. 3-5 years relevant experience in production and material planning preferably in manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience in production scheduling, MRP and material planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, LN) is preferred.
