Procurement Operations Executive (P2P) (6 Months Contract) #NKC

About the Job You will be part of a Procurement team responsible for supporting procurement operations, policy compliance, and process efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring effective governance and smooth end-to-end procurement processes. Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end procurement operations for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system, including tender opening, procurement system administration, and daily transaction processing. Manage and respond to queries from internal stakeholders regarding procurement policies, operating guidelines, and other procurement-related matters in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate closely with regional procurement support teams and address any escalated matters from business stakeholders. Support new system rollouts and enhancements by preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met prior to go-live. Ensure compliance by proactively identifying business and regulatory risks and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate potential issues. Support procurement process improvements and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
