Process Engineer | Food Manufacturing & Pilot Plant 📍 Tuas West 📅 Contract Position 🏭 Food & Beverage Manufacturing Excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer with hands-on manufacturing experience to support pilot plant operations, process optimisation, equipment qualification and production commissioning within an established food manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support Pilot Plant process, filling and packing runs for prototype trials and commercial production • Ensure manpower, equipment and materials are ready to achieve production targets • Maintain compliance with GMP, SOPs, food safety and workplace safety requirements • Participate in the design, installation and operational qualification of new or modified equipment and process lines • Work closely with Engineering on equipment breakdowns, preventive maintenance, annual inspections and calibration programmes • Support production commissioning projects across other business units • Review workplace safety and health risk assessments and promote a strong safety culture • Manage packaging material inventory and maintain proper staging-area housekeeping • Establish, review and maintain Pilot Plant SOPs and documentation • Develop data collection systems to support production planning and minimise disruption to pilot plant trials • Participate in continuous improvement and process optimisation projects
