We are looking for Process Engineer to support pilot plant operations, product trials, process improvement initiatives and equipment commissioning projects. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with manufacturing experience who enjoy working at the intersection of production, engineering and innovation.
Location: Tuas (walking distance from Tuas Link MRT) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.15pm Employment Type: 1-year contract Salary: Up to $4,200/month + AWS + Variable Bonus
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee pilot plant processing, filling and packaging operations for prototype trials and commercial production runs.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment and material readiness to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support equipment installation, qualification, commissioning and process improvement projects.
- Work closely with Engineering and Production teams on preventive maintenance, equipment reliability and calibration.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety standards, workplace safety requirements and operational SOPs.
- Develop and review operating procedures, maintain technical documentation and improve production planning processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, product quality and process reliability.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 or other food safety standards will be advantageous.
