Good if they have managed CRM campaigns or customer platforms and dealt with operational issues. Keywords: CRM, customer lifecycle, customer journey, retention, engagement, segmentation, customer experience.

Can work if they are operational and analytical rather than purely creative marketing. Look for people who have handled campaign execution, customer data, reporting and coordination with tech or vendors.
