Job Description:
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans in compliance with clinical standards.
- Conduct timely reviews of patients throughout the continuum of care.
- Document patients’ progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Perform administrative duties, including charging and statistics collection.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in and support clinical and service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree from Physiotherapy accredited institution.
- Full Registration with Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
