Your Responsibilities Assist with the daily operations and workflow of the pharmacy.

Provide support to pharmacists and pharmacy staff with routine operational tasks.

Prepare, organise, replenish, and arrange medications and pharmacy supplies according to established procedures.

Assist with stocktaking, inventory checks, and basic stock control activities.

Receive incoming supplies and help with sorting, organising, and transferring items to designated areas.

Ensure medications and pharmacy supplies are placed and stored correctly.

Keep work areas, storage spaces, and pharmacy stations clean and well organised.

Provide basic administrative and operational assistance when required.

Support other pharmacy-related activities as directed by the team or supervisor.

Handle items weighing up to approximately  10kg  as part of normal work duties.

Requirements Minimum  GCE N/O Level or equivalent .

Previous pharmacy experience is  not required  — training and guidance will be provided.

Comfortable with hands-on duties involving items weighing up to approximately  10kg .

Responsible, organised, and attentive when handling medications and supplies.

Willing to learn new procedures and follow instructions carefully.

Able to work cooperatively within a structured healthcare team.

Positive attitude with a willingness to develop new skills.
