Pharmacy Operations Assistant | Inventory & Packing Support #HDCA

Keep Pharmacy Operations Running Smoothly Behind the Scenes Looking for a hands-on role where accuracy, organisation and teamwork make a real difference? Join a healthcare operations team supporting the day-to-day flow of pharmacy supplies and medication packing. In this backend, non-patient-facing position, you’ll help ensure medications and inventory are properly prepared, organised and replenished according to established procedures. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured work, pays close attention to detail and is comfortable with routine packing and stock-handling activities. Your Responsibilities Pick and pack medications accurately according to labels and established procedures

Pack medications into ziplock bags and support pre-packing activities

Replenish medication bins and transfer stocks from the storeroom when required

Receive, check and organise incoming stocks from vendors

Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and storekeeping activities

Support deblistering and tablet portioning using designated tools and procedures

Keep packing, storage and dispensing work areas clean, organised and orderly

Assist with stock checks and other operational activities as required

Carry out additional duties assigned by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For Comfortable working in a healthcare or polyclinic environment in a non-patient-facing role

Comfortable with workstations that may involve prolonged standing or sitting

Able to handle cartons and medication bins weighing up to approximately 10kg; trolley support is available for transportation

Comfortable with repetitive packing, stock-handling and inventory tasks

Detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures accurately

Willing to complete required vaccinations and serology tests where applicable

Able to work rotating shifts based on operational requirements
