Job Description Provide pharmaceutical care including dispensing and counselling of medications Educate patients and caregivers on proper medication use and adherence Identify, resolve, and prevent medication-related issues Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications Support safe administration of medications and provide guidance to healthcare staff Maintain proper documentation and comply with pharmacy standards and protocols Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Board for registration Strong communication and patient counselling skills Good attention to detail and accuracy
