🔥 PERMANENT HR EXECUTIVE (HR BUSINESS PARTNER) | UP TO $4,800

$3,650 – $4,800/month 📌 Permanent Position 💼 HR Business Partnering + Recruitment

Looking for an HR Executive ready to broaden your experience beyond recruitment?

Join an established organisation in a HR Business Partnering role covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HODs and Team Leads on HR and manpower matters
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, salary proposals, onboarding and offboarding
• Work with external agencies on recruitment drives and outreach programmes
• Develop recruitment channels and candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary matters and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
• Provide advice to employees and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
• Support employee engagement sessions and prepare meeting minutes
• Handle work pass applications and renewals where required
• Support performance management and review exercises
• Participate in HRIS implementation and testing
• Support HR projects, surveys and general HR administration

Experience with SAP / SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous.
