Perm | Senior Project Manager (M&E / HVAC) | Bukit Batok | Up to $10000 #NKA

Location: Bukit Batok

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: Up to $10000 + 13 month

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets and quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project schedules, allocate responsibilities, and monitor key milestones to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project procurement activities, including purchase requests, material delivery schedules, and cost control to achieve targeted margins.
• Oversee daily project operations, monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to minimise delays.
• Lead and supervise project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project coordination and execution.
• Liaise with developers, architects, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on project requirements.
• Attend and lead site coordination and technical meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on outstanding matters.
• Monitor project performance against schedules, budgets, and technical specifications, providing regular progress updates and forecasts.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems meet design specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure proper project documentation, quality inspections, and timely handover of completed projects to clients.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, ISO standards, and relevant safety and quality requirements.
• Review project processes, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while supporting management in identifying potential business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Construction Management /Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with relevant work experience.
• 6- 8 years of Knowledge or work experience in smoke control, fire alarm, HVAC,and building automation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and industrypractices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for project documentation,reporting, and communication.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM is essential.
