Perm F&B Coordinator/ Assistant (Healthcare/ West/ Up to $3500) #HAC

Job Responsibilities: Generate patient meal orders and coordinate catering orders

Check assembled meals against meal order chits before dispatch

Handle patient meal enquiries and complaints

Monitor food trolley reheating and chiller/freezer temperatures

Ensure food hygiene, Halal and workplace safety standards are met

Report equipment maintenance needs and operational issues

Maintain cleanliness of work areas and support daily F&B operations

Requirements: Minimum GCE N/O Level or Nitec; Diploma holders preferred

5–7 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitals, hotels, restaurants or high-volume food services

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Good spoken English and communication skills

Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

Able to work in cold room environments (4–18°C)
