Perm Care Associate / Healthcare Assistant (Nursing Home) #HJH

Working Hours: 12-hour shifts

Work Schedule: 4 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care, hospitality and companionship to residents
• Support residents with their daily routines and lifestyle preferences
• Observe residents’ general well-being and report any changes or concerns
• Maintain residents’ living spaces to a high hospitality standard
• Encourage participation in social, recreational and lifestyle activities
• Ensure care equipment is clean, functional and hygienic
• Monitor and organise daily consumables and supplies
• Provide warm, patient and professional service to residents
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
