We are hiring Patient Service Officers to be outsourced to our client from a reputable healthcare organization.

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Check and verify patient documents, personal details and medical history.

• Ensure patient information and documentation are accurate and complete.

• Assist with patient registration and related administrative duties as required.

• Undergo training in registration and pre-dispatch processes.

• Complete the required training assessment and achieve a passing result before deployment.

• Support clinic operations during the initial training and clearance period.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to commit to a 1-year Contract of Service with benefits.

• Able to work on a rotating roster, Monday–Sunday, excluding Wednesdays and Public Holidays.

• Willing to undergo 8 weeks of paid training and assessment for registration and pre-dispatch duties. Candidates must pass the assessment.

• Able to work initially as a Clinic Assistant at the client's central clinics while awaiting clearance and training before deployment to the assigned location.

• BCLS certification required.

• Weekday shift: 11.30am–9.00pm.

• Weekend shift: 9.00am–5.30pm.

• Rostered 44-hour work week, with 2 days off per week, including Wednesdays.

• Work Location: Jurong East.
