What You’ll Be Doing Welcome and assist patients with registration, appointments and general enquiries.

Manage patient appointments, registrations and administrative documentation accurately.

Provide clear and courteous assistance throughout the patient journey.

Handle payments, billing-related matters and administrative transactions where required.

Coordinate with medical and operational teams to facilitate smooth patient flow.

Respond to patient enquiries and assist in resolving service-related matters professionally.

Maintain accurate patient information and ensure relevant records are updated promptly.

Support daily counter operations and other administrative duties as required.

Contribute to a positive, efficient and patient-centric service environment.

What We’re Looking For Relevant experience in customer service, front desk, administration or healthcare-related environments is advantageous.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.

Comfortable interacting with patients and handling enquiries professionally.

Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Good computer literacy and administrative skills.

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
