Job Description We are looking for a Patient Service Associate to join the inpatient wards team in a hospital setting. This role is suitable for candidates who are keen to develop their experience in healthcare administration and patient services! Key Responsibilities Assist with the collection of payments for patients upon discharge.

Conduct financial counselling and provide information on inpatient stay and charges.

Perform discharge-related procedures and administrative processes for patients.

Arrange and obtain follow-up appointments for inpatient patients.

Provide administrative and patient service support to ensure a smooth discharge process.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements Minimum N-Level, Nitec or Diploma qualification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a hospital environment and interacting with patients.
